Nice accommodations.

Overbooked our room.

They were overbooked. Only one of the original 3 rooms we paid for was available when we checked in around 10:30 p.m. They wanted 6 of us (not married to each other on a business trip) to share a 2 bedroom suite. There was no way we were going to agree to that and frankly a bit insulted that it was even suggested. They rather quickly found a second room but we waited an hour for them to locate a 3rd and final room for myself and one other to check into. I liked the layout of the room and the extras it had to offer.

The walls are too thin, a party next door to us had us awake at 4 a.m. we could hear everything!

I liked the hotel staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean inside the room and on the premises. We had the fold out couch for our kids which was nice since the hotel was out of 2 bedroom suites. The room was very clean. Big plus was the fact breakfast is included in room rate.

There was not anything I did not like.

The breakfast was fantastic.

Just a trifle slow in unplugging a toilet.

All in all, a very enjoyable stay and I am going to be sure and stay there the next time that I am in town. Good job! A+++++.

Friendly staff, big room.

Accidentally charged us for room. Refunded it promptly though.

Only spent about 4 hours in the room. It was big one-room suite with kitchen. Bathroom was showing some wear and toilet wobbled.

Evening social gathering.

Very hard bed!

Great staff, nice setting, excellent breakfast, fun evening activities and close to many shopping areas. Very hard bed and sofa cushions - didn't sleep much at all.

Clean and roomy suite. Close to many attractions in Atlanta.

This was a typical Residence Inn. Always clean and predictable. This one was close to shopping and the Guinette Center.
